It has an app where it notifies you when the load is running or finish.

Also, you can remote start the washer or dryer. Good if you are on electric TOU rate plans

Great deal. This washer was #1 recommended by Consumer Reports last I checked.

Gas model dryer on sale as well, $100 more than electric.

Your laundry area will dictate which type of dryer you should use. If you have a gas hook-up, go with that. Electric needs 220V. Running either a new 220V or a gas line is expensive so go with whichever is in place.

I want to second this, had our brand new LG washer and dryer from when we bought our house 16 years ago, both never need any repair. Dryer is still fine, our washer seems to make very loud noise during spinning which I guess it could be bad bearing. Since our washer was direct drive, I saw youtube video repairs that looks almost like complete tear down, so we decided it's time to get another LG washer.

I tried different option and get one with stack kit with additional $30. I don't have space to stack them though. I think 3700 doesn't have the turbo wash and thus is less advanced than 3900. But I am upgrading from Amana 2009 and I am still expecting good surprises from 3700.

My delivery day is May 29. I wonder if I need to buy water connectors and floor mat in advance? My old washer/dryer don't have steam function and the existing connector might not work. Can someone kindly post link what type of connector and floor mat to buy in advance?

Why? It's said turbo wash uses much shorter time. But I don't mind time at all. It's probably cleaner too, but my clothes are all lightly dirty.

It popped up when I was adding the bundle to cart. And it clearly says the paid Allstate warranty covers years 3-5, see attached

Did you figure this out? I'd like to get better cables than the default as someone else mentioned they're worth replacing

For anyone married and whose partner refuses to get front loaders because "they stink" (look it up - it used to be this way), LG has also the best top loaders. One pro here is that the washer is 5.0 vs 4.5 for the front loader. However it doesn't include things like steam (which I don't believe I would ever use, but keep it in mind).
