I purchased a bean new set from Costco and within a year it started giving problem, apart from over drying clothes and spoiling my poly T's Samsung came fixed the issue and had the same issue in few months and they said it's out of warranty we won't cover.
A friend of mine has LG since 13yr still going , I got rid of my Samsung went with LG this time , n already see that clothes are coming cleaner and less damaged
