The one from post has 6.5" circular saw vs 5.5", multitool vs brad nailer, 60 pc tool, flashlight 🤷🏻 ♂️, 4Ah+ 1.5Ah with charger vs 2x 2Ah with charger on one you posted.
The Black Friday deal was $199 and had the multitool and smaller circular saw instead of the nailer and larger circular saw. Also had (1) 4 Ah and (1) 2 Ah batteries instead of (2) 2 Ah. Of little note, this one doesn't seem to say it includes a bag either. With Ryobi Days coming soon, I'm not sure this is the deal to bite on.

I keep seeing people post about Ryobi Days...so what exactly will be on sale and when???
Starts on 5/24. There is a scan of a promo page floating around. Main thing is buy 2 4.0Ah batteries for $99 and you get a free tool $79 value or lower for free.

I'd suggest people buy now, see what ryobi days have, and return if necessary.

The model number of the tools in the combos and description matches, not sure why HD has same combos with 2 different pricing. Does any one know why ?
