How to apply code with checkout PayPal, any other form of payment is a hard no with these people

That works! All but one code anyway, one said it had already been redeemed. But 84 days is still a good deal for $15. Is there any point contacting them about the already used code?

Their customer service is the worst. They make the process purposely complicated by having you send screenshots of your Xbox account and order history that in no way indicates anything that they could possibly use as a basis for determining if you redeemed the code or not.

I'm not saying not to use them, because the pricing is still ridiculously low for months of Game Pass Ultimate, but just be aware that there's a chance that the codes they provide are already used. And definitely do not wait to redeem the codes once they are sent to you.

Customer service was good for me, refunded everytime time a code didn't work and averaged less than $.90 per week. That being said this isnt a super great deal.

Last time I used this service I had eight out of 10 codes that had already been redeemed I ended up having to file a PayPal dispute to get the money back even though they said they would refund me. Way too much trouble!

I bought several of these 7-day codes a couple of months ago, but was close to maxing out my 3-years worth of GPU, so I had to wait to redeem a handful of them.

Sure enough, all the ones I didn't redeem right away now show as "This code has already been redeemed." Opening a support ticket with this vendor is a nightmare of sending a ridiculous amount of screen shots, waiting, etc. No thanks, I learned my lesson.

Considering that the EA codes only convert to 2 months of Ultimate now this is a pretty good deal.

Purchased, and the first one added just fine, then the second and third codes say that "something went wrong" without a solution…

Edit: looks like when the first one converted all of my existing Gold time over it took a few minutes for it to not attempt to convert using the second and third codes. I waited a few minutes and tried again and they are valid.
