In my part of Oregon. I get good T-Mobile service in my area but according to Cellmapper it's strictly band 71 only.

According to the website, it supports AT&T and T-Mobile. Not Verizon and Sprint.

Sprint is now using T-Mobile sim, so I'm wondering if it is working with Sprint.

According to reviews, wireless N (no AC) WiFi and no 5 GHz support. Odd.

Yes, but who need 4k on a screen that fits on their pocket? most don't even have 4k computer monitors.

Is this the best value phone for a dual sim? Or are there better dual sim options out there?

I definitely wouldn't buy this or any Nokia phone. Nokia, in my opinion, is no good because of usb-c connector problems i had after only six months and they wouldn't fix it because it had the smallest of small chips in the glass in one corner. Never again Nokia. Google it.
