I got mine 3 days after I ordered it.
I have smoked a pork butt and ribs so far. (2 separate occasions.)
Turned out great. I definitely like it. This was my first time trying my hand at smoking. It's fun and a lot of work.

I called once in June and was told to just wait longer that it was in transit. I called again last week and the customer service rep told me they would refund me and I could re-order. I asked if I repurchased would there be a price difference. She checked and said yes (obviously price had gone back up). When I said I will just take the refund and figure out where else to get the smoker she offered to honor the original sale price and put the order in for me over the phone so she could rebate it to the price in this thread. I got lucky!
Long story short - I finally had the smoker delivered today in my driveway... gonna hope for good weather to put it together and put it through it's paces tomorrow!
