As someone who works for them, I'll add some details about uBreakiFix. We have a 90 day nationwide warranty for repairs that does NOT cover accidental damage if you drop and crack your phone. When we do repairs on Samsung/Apple OEM/Google devices such as in a screen repair or battery, we use OEM parts and adhesives, as well as press pads, so when you get your phone back it should be water resistant still, especially for Samsung's.
My note 20 ultra fell out of my pocket on Mavrick at Cedar Point 30 feet in the air going 70 mph. My friends saw it fly over their heads.
I have never broke a phone so I had an Spigon slim case and no screen protector. I came back at the end of the day and could ping it on life360. They found it and 4 other phones.
Not a scratch on mine. Also a 12 pro that had a small Crack and an 11 that was shattered.
Mine fell out of my bag that was on the floor. probably 3 ft and screen cracked. Note 20 ultra too which was supposed to have better glass. anyhow, was able to get the promo with my student discoutn
I have a note 9 that has the green tint screen issue and the only permanent fix is a new screen. Will this promo cover my repair? My screen isn't cracked.
Horrible experience trying to get them to replace a cracked screen on a S8+. They said phone had been tampered with inside it missing something inside the device. (We bought it factory sealed through Costco). Total BS.
They put the phone back together and refused to do anything saying it would violate their agreement with Samsung.
I sent it to Samsung and even provided what happened with Ubreak. Samsung provided a report stating the device had never been tampered with. Samsung fixed it no problem plus replaced the battery and antenna for the cost of replacing the screen only. Down side is it took about 10 days shipping back and forth

based on the language of the program, only cracked screens are being fixed.
I'm eligible for this. I'm trying to send my broken S8 for screen replacement through mail. But the back panel has slight cracks will they replace my screen if back panel has cracks? As I heard of any cracks in back panel they won't replace screen. Please help

I have note 8, back panel broken as well. Will they replace back along with the screen or not?
Adding on to what others have said. Had my pixel screen replaced here (my credit card covered most of the cost) and they ended up causing more damage to my phone (speaker and touch screen issues). This is a good price but I'd generally avoid this company in the future.
Ubreakifix is a bad company you bring in warranty work and they tell you it's not covered under warranty
I sent my laptop under warranty work and the broke the keyboard
I bought a phone there under google warranty long story short parts from my phone were missing when it was returned to me. Owner of that one ducked calls from google and my it hell on me took months for google to just give me a new phone.
