About these Apps:
Model 15 Modular Synthesizer:
The Model 15 App features both monophonic and 4-voice polyphonic operation is easily commanded via 4 seamlessly integrated controllers. Simple swipes and taps provide instant access to a traditional Moog keyboard, 1150 ribbon controller, 8-step sequencing arpeggiator and the award-winning Animoog keyboard with 22 built-in scales and polyphonic modulation capabilities.
Animoog
Animoog captures the vast sonic vocabulary of Moog synthesizers and applies it to the modern touch surface paradigm, enabling you to quickly sculpt incredibly fluid and dynamic sounds that live, breathe, and evolve as you play them.
Filtatron
Filtatron is a realtime audio filter and effects engine.
Import any song on your iDevice into the Sampler.
Run a sound through a virtual version of the famous Moog filter with a little (or a lot) of filter modulation, delay, and overdrive to create your own musical statement.
Minimoog:
The Minimoog Model D App is a mobile transmutation of the world's first portable synthesizer, the Minimoog Model D. Optimized for use on all 64-bit iOS devices, anyone can jump in and play with over 160 included presets or lay fingers to the controls and begin exploring vast magical realms of creative potential.
Les Paul is to the electric guitar as Robert Moog is to the synthesizer is likely not accurate but how I would describe to someone not familiar if just talking about stature.
These are iPad versions of professional musician and pro audio synthesizers. These are fun to play with if you want to make sounds, create music or learn about sound synthesis.

That makes sense why the Animoog app won't let me download, and it says my device isn't compatible (old iPhone).

As someone who has paid full price for these apps upon release over the years, I HIGHLY recommend them even if you just have a passing interest in music.
Especially Animoog etc, heck, it's great for kids etc as easier then some of the others....
Grade A stuff, I can't believe they are giving these away.

Not really, anyone can have fun messing around with a synthesizer. Maybe you'll even really enjoy it and it will become a hobby!

edit: to the post above mine, it's because the other version is iPad only. not sure why they're separate apps.
