Selfish how? Not everything is intended to fight covid.

This products only purpose is to protect the wearer. For example if you're spraying stuff on your property that you don't want to breathe, this will protect you. Breathing out would be no different than breathing without a mask on your property.

The 6300 Large [amazon.com] are the same price.... we have both and the males all prefer the 6300.

I would say no mainly because it'll protect you but your exhaust breath goes out unfiltered through the one-way valve in the front

For most latex and oil house paints... P100 filters [amazon.com] are fine.

Epoxies, some auto paints, etc., you will need to check with the supplier, but one of the chemical filters with a cotton cover.
