Reason I ask is that the link is taking me to the item, and showing Max Tool as the seller, but there is a big Refurbished banner saying it's backed by Amazon's Renewed guarantee.
I see the New or Used filter shows this as "New" but if I was just browsing I would have thought this was a Refurbished unit as opposed to New.
I don't have an opinion on this specific price, but I almost bought it when it was $130 at Home Depot with the free 5amp battery, but I held back when the 10% military did not apply to that deal. The best price i found on New bare tool would have been $90 if i can get it for $100 less 10% military. Just trying to decide if i wanted to spend $40 more to get it with the bog battery, then the clock ran out pm that deal so i'm still looking.

Anyone who ordered without seeing the Refurb detail can probably have the option to cancel the order before it ships if the condition impacts your perception of the value of this deal, but idk if cancellations are any better than returns.
It will suck if there is any truth to customers getting a bad rep for stuff like this.
