Even though it's supposed to be CBS All Access' successor. The site still has bugs & glitches that need to be worked out.
I was not able to cancel my free trial until a day after it ended by then my CC had been charged for an additional month. It took numerous days to get in touch with customer service (The website form did not work) and when I finally got a response. They informed me that I was SOL.
I had to file a complaint with the BBB to get a refund.

Then, we slowly got one, then two, then three and now everyone ending up with minimum of 4-5 to Max of 10 different streaming services and eventually ended up paying slightly less than the cable or almost same, except we are paying in 10 different places.
What a vicious circle..
