Be careful when signing up for Paramount+ "FREE" trial.
Even though it's supposed to be CBS All Access' successor. The site still has bugs & glitches that need to be worked out.

I was not able to cancel my free trial until a day after it ended by then my CC had been charged for an additional month. It took numerous days to get in touch with customer service (The website form did not work) and when I finally got a response. They informed me that I was SOL.
I had to file a complaint with the BBB to get a refund.

I recall having an awful experience with CBS All Access a few years ago and it seems like their customer unfriendliness has now carried over to Paramount +. Thanks for the heads up. I will pass on the "free" trial.

That's why I'm going to wait before I sign up again. I did the trial back in February and they've emailed me twice since with codes to 'come back' for another trial. So in about 2 weeks, I'll sign back up to watch A Quiet Place in July.
