I will never deal with such business again.
There is still one Retail store left in my city (used to be 4) but it's like 10 miles away on the East side (ghetto). The free Oil was nice while it lasted and I'm glad I stocked up.
Just to be safe, I tape my receipt to the jug, set it aside and mark my calendar 2 months in advance, as a reminder. Pepboy has a 90 day return window.
My last 3 Pepboys rebates took about 6-7 weeks to arrive. When you go to check the rebate status online , it will be stuck on "PENDING: Your submission is currentl being Processed." for the majority of that time. Don't worry, that's normal. Once status switches to 'Approved" it'll be in the mail.

I suspect they hope you'll forget about it. It's magical how quickly they find it when you check on them.
