Steelseries used to have top notch customer service. Several years ago this became common and a LOT of people abused the shit out of them by making fraudulent claims and they lost a ton of money. I'd like to express my thanks to those fraudsters for ruining a good customer service experience. They used to issue out replacements and store credits usable on anything on their shop on a whim for saying a product broke with just a receipt or serial number. I know because people started selling these store credits on ebay and then I became curious on where they came from and low and behold: customer service fraud

Completely agree. They denied my order for being too good of a deal. Ended up buying without, and then get an email about how they're sorry and you can use the code again. Took them months to answer back to refund me the $50-60 I should have saved. That being said, Arctic wireless pro is the best headset I've ever owned by a long shot. Amazing product, terrible service. The epitome of using covid as an excuse to not try.

I have the arctis 7 and they broke just after a year, physically still perfect but functionally trash. Same for my cousin with the pro wireless. His was within a year and for warranty they had him cut his headset into multiple pieces in order to get his replacement set. I'm over their overpriced crap.

I've had good durability with higher end steelseries products, the lower end stuff is pretty bad quality though.

The Siberia 800 wireless headset is hands down the best one I've ever tried and I'm sad there isn't a similar option to it.

The controller that does pc and Bluetooth is kind of terrible. Bluetooth mode has a constant blinking light on the front and is so annoying that I never use it for anything other than PC with the (outdated) dongle. If they fixes that issue then it wouldn't be so bad.

Anyone know if the gaming controller will work with the PS Remote Play app on the Surface Pro 7? I've tried my PS4 controllers and have only been able to get them to work when plugged into the USB.
