These are marketed as a "gap factory outlet" but the clothes are made specifically for the "gap factory" label, and the quality is MUCH lower than Standard Gap, or even standard Old Navy clothing. I had gotten some Gap Factory and Banana Republic Factory clothes, and they were straight up trash. I'd say these jeans aren't even worth the $10 you're paying.
