Way better battery life. I think the one without the bridge you have to change the batteries every 4-6 months depends how much the lock is used automatically. and the bridge is closer to a year. Mine has been running for 6-7 months and its still somewhere around 70% battery. And I come in and out the house a lot.

The auto lock feature works great when the door is closed. Sometimes I leave the door open to the garage and it will not know its open and the kids run through and slam the door shut.....with the deadbolt out.

New Ultraloq WiFi has door open sensor so doesn't auto-lock if it's open. I saw a 15% off coupon for pre-buys. We have Ultraloq with the bridge and lime it (we have 2 actually) but wish we had WiFi instead for this feature.

Can you just turn off auto lock? I'd end up locking myself out of the house OR I'd do like you guys and close my door with the bolt out Frown

I used to have a schlage zwave lock and now have this one. This thing works amazing and is way more silent. I dont use the autolock but having it in the eufy app and setting guest pass codes is a breeze and the fingerprint reading works instantly without any issue.

I can't comment in battery life but my schlage had terrible battery life and would die out randomly and works for a few days or weeks when I re-seat the batteries.

it says these only work with levers, and shows a picture of the thumb button doors, but makes no mention of door knobs. Does this work with a door knob with a separate deadbolt?
