These dont look like much, but these are the best knives value that I use them for 80% of my cutting needs; steak, chicken, fruits, veggies, they are so sharp and stay sharp. We use them daily and throw them in the dishwasher for the last 4yrs, still sharp like day one. I hope the quality hasn't gone down. I bought 2 sets when they were $20 each.

*I used to sell Cutco knives and have owned Henckels, Chicago Cutlery, etc before the later two became cheap knives. The Cutco are good, again, serrated steak knives ones cut well forever.

Not sure bout others but don't like serrated knives. Prefer a sharp straight edge knife for my steaks and anything else. Wish there is a set of those for same price.

Plus ceramic knives manufacturers started adding small traces of metal...just enough to set off metal detectors.
You might want to look into knives with carbon fiber blades.

When I bought these earlier there were only 4 knives in the set. Now this deal seems to have changed to 6 knives for the same price. :-/

EDIT: Nvm maybe the thumbnail just showed 4 knives earlier or I'm an idiot. It seems that it is the 6-piece that I ordered.

Non serrated knives are by far the best for steak. Serrated tear away at meat. Not for me.

what are you cutting that would stick to the steak knife? I thought the whole thing is ceramic then that would've made sense. Since you don't need to sharpen ceramic knife.
