Touch screen and heat, IMO they don't go together. The top is the hottest part too. Fun.

I want to know who is using a 2qt air fryer. I have a larger 6qt for the family. And a smaller 4.2qt with manual knob I use right outside my patio for the smelly foods, and the 4qt is pretty small for one person. 2qt has to be like 10 french fries lol.

I have a 8 qt air fryer and it's a little big for two people. I think a 4qt size would be perfect for two people making wings. If I can get a 4 qt for this price or even $29.99, then I would buy it. Two quart is too small.

Didn't you hear? It's all the rage now to make your french fries one at a time. It's time consuming sure, but they taste better.
Hand made, one at a time, the old fashioned way laugh out loud

I would recommend getting one with a basket, rather than the one like this with that pull out bottom tray part. Reason is because you will loose those little rubber/silicone feet when you wash it. The black feet aren't easy to see when washing a black bottom with burnt food. Easy to scrub them off along with the burnt food and have them go down the garbage disposal. Once you loose the feet, it doesn't hold in the container anymore.

100% agree. Couldn't imagine using a 2QT even if I was single.

I got one of these last time it was on sale. I got mine via eBay in teh Bestbuy store there with free shipping but now they charge $8.49 ship on ebay for it. https://www.ebay.com/itm/324303590040

It is pretty small but works ok for one person which is good enough for me. I can fit a couple chicken legs or a serving of fries in it. I'd go bigger if you want to cook for more than one person or if you want to do mulitple things at once.

its not an actual touchscreen like an LCD. Its just buttons really. Kinda like the buttons on any microwave I've used in the past 20 years.

I have this one. It works fine for one person. The coating inside doesn't last long.

IMHO, 2qt is way too small for cooking even for one person because you should not stack food inside of air fryer for even cooking.

For travelers.

As a truck driver, the smaller size makes it easier to store and also it does not pull too much power. Had a 7qt. 1,800w air fryer that was too much power draw for the truck even while engine running.

I got the mechanical one on Black Friday for $18. A little small but it does its job well in my opinion. Best Buy has the 4.2 quart mechanical one for ~$35. I got it yesterday. Would recommend.

My main gripe is there is no "done cooking" sound. It just turns off....

I have this exact model. It does make a sound after the end of the cycle, but it is so weak that you can only hear it when you are right next to it. But yeah, it is annoying that it doesn't make a louder sound.

I found a YouTube video for the air fryer. It looks pretty big.
