It's no deal if you can not log in due to time-out locked out Wi-Fi Calling.
It's no deal when one has to jump though multiple hoops just to get a stinking $5 gift card.
We are well aware of the substantially different experience Mob subscribers have by region with east coast and metro customers generally happier than the rest of us.
People have thanked me, often saying that they wished they had taken my advice and not had to learn the hard way by loosing entire days or weekends to the upgrade scam or the "It's your phone" troubleshooting scam.
