Walmart+ shipping has been superior to Amazon Prime these days from my experience. Ever since COVID Amazon takes their time sending orders out. Now it takes almost a full week to receive things that are supposed to have prime shipping where it used to come in 1-2 days. My Walmart+ orders always come in 2 days or less.
Mmm that happened maybe from march to July last year... It is back to normal for a while...mostly next day delivery
Walmart+ is totally unnecessary and Walmart website is pretty bad compared to Amazon

Worth it. Especially half price.
I took on Walmart Plus trial 4 months ago. A paying customer now.
Gave Amazon a break 4 months ago and have not gone back, i dont miss it all that much.

Walmart: Shipping usually takes 2 days. Sometimes 1 day. Sometimes 3 days. Got deliveries on Sunday.
Amazon usually takes a week. Never ever under 4 days any longer(maybe they still do for others if you live near an Amazon warehouse)

Walmart has items Amazon does not, vice versa.
Amazon discounted prices are often Walmart every day prices.

Loved Amazon Prime Video---TIL; they added promo ads, promo popup ads, 4K videos on Prime video have mostly been removed and now rentals.

Amazon seems to be promoting some item brands but not others.
Say i want to shop coffee on Amazon. Amazon does not show all brands available just certain brands.
Shopping for coffee on Walmart, they show all brands available.

Short story:
Walmart every day prices are usually much lower than Amazon
Walmart plus typically ships in 2 days including on Sundays.
Prime Video on Amazon added promo ads on thier no ad Prime Video---making Prime Video not an advantage over Walmart any longer.

You forgot amazon price gouging as several items I bought regularly increased over %30 in price and some even doubled.

Has anyone who has prime and W+ found the W+ to be better than prime? It's nice that there's competition for amazon, but it also gets costly if you don't use both regularly (which we don't at this point).
It was helpful for me when i needed to order same day grocery stuff, luckily i used it enough times it was worth for me.

I've had Walmart plus for about 7 months. Has its pros and cons. Grocery delivery is decent. Some things that you buy that say 2 day shipping, actually gets delivered same day. The con to that, is that if your not home, they just drop the item off at ya door. Not in a box and most times not in a bag. Item is just sitting there for everyone to see.

I've had great experience with Walmart since covid, when Amazon was crazy slow. Somehow most of my Walmart's orders were delivery within 2 or 3 days n even nextday. 50 bucks is a great deal I got to say.

I have both. Prime since it probably came out and Walmart+ for the last 5 months or so. Amazon has been letting me down. Taking well over 2 days for "prime items". Walmart I can get the items the same day or next. That includes just ordering a thing of dog treats for $5. They show up via doordash within a few hours. It says 1 or 2 days but I get an email after ordering saying congratulations your order will be delivered early.
For $5 dog treat, do you need to add something for a total of $35? It seems W+ requires a minimum of $35, if I read correctly. And that stopped me from switching from Prime to W+.

Nope Walmart+ has no minimal orders. Now for grocery scheduled deliveries it needs to be $35.

Yea WM+ kills Amazon in delivery!
Amazon is minimum 4 days lately on anything even stuff from the massive hubs 10 minutes away. WM+ is 2 days like clockwork with anything available at your local store coming that day or the next by Doordash. I drive DD and Walmart is HORRIBLE for us drivers but it's so nice for customers. Horrible because that delivery pays $3 flat unless they combine deliveries then it's $3 per stop. Customers have no idea DD is coming and no option to tip, nor should they, on these deliveries they didn't ask to be hand delivered.
This right here is the reason why I don't order anything from Walmart anymore. They started delivering items next day from the store even though you're not + customer. It would be one thing to pay someone $15 an hour and provide a vehicle, it's something else entirely when you're taking advantage and they don't know they're getting screwed until after the job is completed.

I have had Amazon for 10 plus years.
Up until last year, shipments were 2-3 days. Now 6-7 days at least to 2 weeks.
Walmart plus takes 2, 3 days.
On Walmart, i only buy from Walmart. That way i can return anything in 10 minutes at the local Walmart

That's part of the reason I didn't renew my prime the other is amazon jumped on the price gouging wagon when covid started
Add to that every month my subscribe and save order has at least one old outdated stuff / damaged item.
