1080P and 75 MHZ. Might be ok for WFH or the office but not likely for gaming.

That is 1440p 100hz, and a better quality panel. This is 1080p 75hz. It's a noticable difference. You made the right choice.

I end up on the fence with this every time it shows up. It would be an upgrade to my run-of-the-mill 24" 1080p and I only have a GTX 1050 (not even the TI) video card. However, I know 1440p is the future and I'm not convinced that a 34" ultrawide is better than a 16:9 32", so I keep passing. I might be hoping for a 32" IPS if a good one ever drops near that price range.
