Good to hear. I've been getting nostalgic for command and conquer lately so I've been trying to find a more modern RTS replacement and discovered that RTS seems dead. I'll definitely give this a try.

I got into the game at RA2 and continued playing heavily with Generals before falling off... I never played the originals included in the remaster so I haven't tried them.

I'm not awesome at RTS but like the WWII and played COH1 a lot in college. That being said, this game to me seemed much more demanding. It seemed to me you were spread thinner more often requiring more micro managing and you often would end up in unbalances situations like having no anti-tank capabilities and the enemy has heavy tanks so you're just SOL. Play the mission over and maybe the random number generator rolls better in your favor.

Looks pretty good though. I like that there seem to be plenty of single player and co-op missions. My friends and I prefer co-op over pvp.

No,I added it to my library without installing it. I have never seen something in my steam library dissapear, so you should be fine.
