You wont have to worry about them expiring per say since they are always giving out free codes each week and the monthly newsletter.

For those not aware, the expiring points isn't a new policy. They just paused it during the pandemic so if you didn't have an issue with points expiring before the pandemic then you shouldn't after it either as long as you add at least 1 point every year and these free points count.

I'm aware of them handing out those kind of codes regularly, and actually missed those (so thank you for pasting them here again!) but I didn't know whether they would reset the clock, or if one needed to have some points added through actual purchases of some sorts.

Honestly, if you are only putting in a free code for 5 or 10 points once per year ... it's not worth your time. Complaints on the one-year inactivity expiration are laughable.

Interesting, I've had my account for many years prior to the pandemic and I don't remember ever having any points expire. I suppose I never realized this, but we went long periods without getting/adding any points, no idea if there was ever a 12+ months span though.

I believe it does. As long as you continue to accumulate points, they don't expire at least that's what I recall when I read through the details.

I lost a bunch of points...once. (Although I had bought movies, I hadn't gotten around to entering the codes. I tend to do them in batches.) I never used to bother with these smaller codes, but now I make an effort to enter them when I have the chance to avoid losing any more points. I'd been saving up points, so losing them all at once was not fun.
