Just put it over your tool like what it's designed for and use a small rubber band to hold it in place. Feel free to use more than one rubber band if necessary.

Magnums fit most men in the US. Really, they're pretty normal sized condoms. They only stretch up to 8 in so a 5 or 6 would still fit them comfortably as long as girth is average or above. On the other hand Durex XXL is 9.5 in stretched, hex Respect is 9. 7-8 inch guys could still use them, but average or under guys wouldn't be able to use them safely (too loose)

Google it, plenty of info. Also reddit has a lot of user created data as to what is big or not. There's less than a percentage of adult males that have anything over 8. Realistically if you have 6-7 you're already bigger than most people. Even the fabled "BBCs" are only 6-7 with rare exceptions. Not many Lex Steeles out there, and even he is actually smaller than he says he is
