Had one for over 2 years now, slightly flimsy at the neck but still works.

Put a name brand 18650 battery in it, and get an external charger for the 18650's and it's an Awesome light.

Costs a little more to buy good 18650 batteries, but you'll appreciate that they last nearly 3 times longer than the one that harbor freight uses..

That's the best price in well over a year.. I don't use these daily in a shop environment, but they are a nice light. I'm going on year number 2 or 3 with mine.

Lithium flashlights, EDC lights are expensive. Yes I like my Nitecore more than the Braun, but for $20 this is so much better than many lights at this price point.

The lowest I've ever seen these at is around $18 - $19, so this is close to what I believe is the all time low. Great worklights with strong magentic bases and flexible head for easy positioning.

Buy a 5/16 X 3" piece of round plate steel on Ebay for a good solid base for when you can't use the magnet.

Where do SD'ers get their 18650 batteries? Not top of the line but not cheapies either. What's a good value 18650 battery to get? are there specific deals to look for?

I bought a 2pack Fenix 2900 High Capacity for $32 to go with my fenix lights. Is that a good deal?

I'd recommend Illumn: https://www.illumn.com/

These are the 18650 batteries I use in my Braun light and other lights: https://www.illumn.com/18650-keep...n-top.html

Thank OP & others notifying about other items on sale. I was waiting for the sale of about $20 or with a coupon to get a few of these lights (unfortunately it looks like HF discontinued non-member coupons).

FYI in the Harbor Freight app it shows the items on sale, so it is also a good resource to see items that go on sale in the future. I bought the 8" survival knife too for $7, it has some nice camping items inside when unscrewing the handle.
