OP's codes don't seem to be product specific. I tested the codes with a different model desk from the same company [homedepot.com] and they still worked for a total of 30% off. As other comments mentioned, OP's desk only has a 1 year warranty. Most other Seville Classics desks (including the one I linked) have a 7 year warranty on the motors. That's a pretty decent warranty for a standing desk. As far as I know, only Fully offers a longer one.
My guess is that desk is exclusively made for Sam's Club which has an inferior single motor instead of dual.

Waiting on my backordered top but shipping was stupid fast for the frame. I'm just hoping it's not hyped up marketing that I bought in to 🤞
