No foreign transactions fees for purchases made outside the US. That's a nice perk for those who do a lot of international travel. That annual fee is still a pretty big negative, though.

Cash back is redeemed in the form of a statement credit or a deposit made to your U.S. Bank savings or checking account (2,500 Points minimum redemption).

Also the streaming credit isn't as good as it seems. It requires you to make 11 months of streaming purchases to use it
