Personally I'd pass on this. Let's keep in mind Woot was selling the NZXT Kraken X42 (140mm) for $80 a month ago. Woot has no idea how to properly price these items. They're simply going off current pricing they search on Amazon and cut a few dollars out for the limited warranty. There's no rhyme or reason beyond that.
Amazon sold these in their warehouse deals for $82 and most people reported it came in brand new all sealed in the box. So compared to that, this is a better deal.

I love that NZXT makes the G12 which you can use for most video cards. I add copper heatsinks to the VRAM and VRM. I modified it and brought my Radeon7 Junction temps from 100C to 80C.
I also picked up 2 of those Vetroo V360 coolers when they were on sale "just in case" I decide I need massive cooling. They aren't compatible with GPU's though, only CPU's.
