Great deal on a little productivity machine. I am going to upgrade mine to 16GB.

Before people ask again... no, you can't put in a standard power supply and no, adding graphics cards is not really an option unless it's a very low power one.

8% back with ra ku ten.
I've found that SD cash back is too glitchy for now, and support is nonexistent. Been getting about 1 response per month regarding my missing CB. Just not worth it for the beta headaches for now.
I'd rate this as a warm deal. $250 and this would be hot/slick. I like that they have the ssd and not some chuck-away 1tb 3.5", but one additional component would make me bite to use it for a remote machine (either i5, 16gb, or windows pro would bump this up to a great deal at $300). I love the efficiency of these pre-made Dell and HP machines for directed purpose. For anything more than that (gaming, Parsec remote gaming, etc), more horse power is needed.

When HP slimlines are on eBay used for less than $200, I can't go brand new without some area (cpu, ram, OS) optimized.

Like most name brand name budget computers (HP, Lenovo, Apple, Dell, Acer, ect..) this has a proprietary case, power supply, and mother board that are difficult to upgrade.

Other components are standard; cpu, ram, drives, GPU, ect... and can be easily upgraded and added if they fit and are compatible.

It can take low power graphics cards that draw power from the PCIe bus only; like GTX1050, GTX1650, RX560, ect... https://pcmecca.com/best-low-powe...nal-power/

Is it possible to set up dual HDMI monitor on this machine other than HDMI cable splitter?

Just FYI Dell Prebuilts have been getting terrible reviews. Apart from all the standard oem prebuilt problems Dell prebuilts run uncomfortably hot because of inadequate cooling, are infested with bloatware, and Dell has been caught using scummy possibly illegal billing practices such as adding a hidden recurring subscription fee on a "free" warranty. Check out the Gamers Nexus Dell G5 gaming desktop review. I wouldn't buy anything from Dell currently.

Yes, I saw that review.

I would not buy that G5 but this is a great little system for productivity and I did not see any slimly sales tactics when I ordered it but I will keep an eye out.

As far as bloat, I will probably just wipe it clean and reinstall Windows 10 from USB.

You can always add a USB video adapter for another display.

I understand this isn't a computer you would want to game on, but would it be alright for a couple games like roblox and minecraft for my kid to play along with basic web browsing/school work?
