Before people ask again... no, you can't put in a standard power supply and no, adding graphics cards is not really an option unless it's a very low power one.

When HP slimlines are on eBay used for less than $200, I can't go brand new without some area (cpu, ram, OS) optimized.

Other components are standard; cpu, ram, drives, GPU, ect... and can be easily upgraded and added if they fit and are compatible.

I would not buy that G5 but this is a great little system for productivity and I did not see any slimly sales tactics when I ordered it but I will keep an eye out.
As far as bloat, I will probably just wipe it clean and reinstall Windows 10 from USB.
