I received at email to restart my Paramount Plus subscription with a 50% off coupon code for the next two months. I tried it on there annual subscription and it seems to work also. The $59.99 became $29.99 and the $99.99 was showing up $49.99.
The coupon Code I used is 50OFF4YOU
50OFF4YOU

I went with the $59.99 plan and my credit card was charged $29.99.

Hopefully others can make use of it as well.

This is exactly what I get. I don't know what to think here. I am interested in hearing how the others know they are only going to be charged half price after the 7-day trial. I have read reviews in previous threads where people were charged full price.

The Stand was better than the old one. I don't know that they have much original content beyond what CBS All Access was already producing though.
I might be the easiest person to entertain in the world, but I still found the new The Stand to be pretty bad. I haven't seen the original since I was a kid so you might still be right!

The others have already used a free trial so the discounted price shows as due now.

Is the platform any better than the previous CBS All Access platform? Or is it just rebranding of the CBS All Access platform as Paramount+?

Just curious because that CBS All Access streaming service was one of the worst I had ever experienced. Some shows just would not work or would take forever to load. I got more errors in those 3 months I tried it out than I ever did with Hulu/Netflix/HBO combined. Really turned me off from ever wanting to pay for it ever again.

My bank has a pending payment from CBS for $49.99. I did the commercial-free year. So unless they charge me twice it looks like it worked? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

mostly a rebrand it seems. Although CBS got a little better in the months before the switchover, fwiw.

With the understanding that Netflix > Amazon > Hulu = HBO, I'd still rank it below HBO but above Showtime. This is without regard to the lack of a watchlist— that would make it dead last.

Pending charge on my credit card shows $29.99.
The account page on the website says:

Next Billing Date: May 29th, 2022

I will find out the actual charge on my CC tomorrow or Monday.

I'm wondering if the promo code is only supposed to be for monthly. Not sure I trust their billing.
It worked for me, my card got charged $29
