I received at email to restart my Paramount Plus subscription with a 50% off coupon code for the next two months. I tried it on there annual subscription and it seems to work also. The $59.99 became $29.99 and the $99.99 was showing up $49.99.
The coupon Code I used is 50OFF4YOU
50OFF4YOU

I went with the $59.99 plan and my credit card was charged $29.99.

Hopefully others can make use of it as well.

Sorry but this is a lousy deal. Most of what they're offering is already free (with commercials) if you download the various channels onto your TV/Roku/PC. This is only useful for someone who wants to pay to watch live sports.

As someone who has been waiting for star trek to "come back" for literal decades

it took me until season 3 of Discovery to give it a chance, I watched season 3 before i watched seasons 1 and 2 (I'm so jaded by JJ abrhams trying to turn trek into star wars that i've almost given up on it)

Discovery managed to pull off enough gymnastics to make me feel like I was actually watching a Star Trek show for the first time since the 1990's... I went back and watched seasons 1 and 2.. the way they managed to weave through a lot of stuff to reconcile canon with this show is absolutely brilliant, and I can finally say "star trek is back"

Discovery is an absolutely brilliant show with a lot of relevance in the world we live in today. So many good characters. The character development is in line with all the other great treks ... by season 3, there's already a gelling going on with the cast .... Their usage of captain pike was actually amazing (i thought it was just going to make me hate current trek even more). I put this show off for 3 seasons, if you've loved trek in the past -- give discovery a chance.. You might find yourself in tears at some point along the journey Smilie

Picard has been great so far, though i feel like a lot of the early episodes were too short.

Lower decks... another show i wrote off, but one of the most brilliant trek shows to exist. So many easter eggs and references to canon, the comedic effect is something i've never seen in a star trek, and it stays so true to TNG-DS9 era star trek that I stopped caring about the "animated series" part. The show is just perfect.

I'd reccomend anyone who has ever considered themselves a "trekker" "trekker" or the FAR more common "closet trek fan" -- you know who you are --- subscribe to paramount plus and support the star trek franchise because this is a literal golden age of Trek unfolding in front of our eyes, and i fear if we don't support it, that it might be the last chance we have to save the franchise in a way that keeps it true to the spirit of star trek, as true to canon as possible, and surely something we shouldn't take for granted.

There's also short treks and two other star trek shows currently in development that both look very promising. Yes, a bit of an overload, but in the era of binge, it's a great time to be a trek fan, let's keep it that way Smilie

Same, and because they now have italian's soccer serie A games that ESPN+ had for the past few years. Don't care much for CBS itself since I catch it with an antenna.
Same. It's great CBS won the broadcasting rights for Serie A so I don't need to subscribe to both ESPN+ and CBS. This deal makes it much better and should cover next season of Serie A and Champion's league.

Watch Frasier and thank me later.

And if you have kids, the kids content is 100x better than the kids content on Netflix.
Have already watched the series several times over before Paramount+ existed. Thanks though. Now if they had You Can't Do That on Television and Pinwheel I'd have a better opinion of the service.

Does limited commercial and no ads make any difference in terms of sports? I mainly want this for the Champions League, I suppose limited commercial will not add commercials to a soccer, game, right?

Ended up using the Amex offer and a certain cash back site to make this $20.50 for the year. Not bad, for $20 I'll see how much it actually gets used, probably won't be renewing next year though.
Did you create a new Paramount+ account or use an existing one? Just wondering if a new account is required to trigger cash back.

I just looked up Christine ("Moose") to see what she's doing now. She kind of looks the same but with gray hair. Hairstyle is mostly the same.
