Will you be just benching with this bar? THen it'll be ok. Dropping it, probably will bend, but nothing catastrophic will happen like snapping in half or something.
Low quality but it'll get the job done for MOST.
no, this is probably the lowest quality bar you can buy thats not broken.

Why would women need shorter barbells? (coming from a short dude)
The overall length of a woman's bar is shorter and it also has a smaller diameter if we are going by Olympic standards it's either going to be 15 kilos which is 33 ish pounds or 35 lb if its measured in Freedom Units
ordered one already. We'll see how it is, said it will be in next week.
We have two the regular black Cap Olympic bars, that are rated for 500lbs, beat up it up to hell over the pandemic. I'd imagine this bar would be an upgrade to that.
At $75 shipped in Texas. I'd figure it can't be any worst than the regular Cap Olympic Bar (OB-85 I think, the one included in bundles from Academy or Walmart). Can't ever have too many bars in a home gym right?

I'd take the CAP OB-85 over the PRCTZ bar any day of the week and twice on Sunday. I have the CAP OB-86B however.

I'm north of Houston, picked up plates and a bar (latter ran $94) from Bolt Fitness Supply

I prefer the thinner bar for grip reasons. You can still load it up with plates just like the 7ft but the grip difference is very noticeable.

No it's not

After looking I now see it's a 2" bar so any plates and weights I have laying around wont fit and I'd have to buy all new.
