In case you don't know, these are fantastic, easy to set up to work with alexa to control plug in lights and other stuff, anywhere you have a wifi signal. Easily worth this great sale price of $6 each.

These were the only brand of smart plugs that worked reliably with my network. Other brands kept losing the connection all the time. I stopped using Fakespot because I found their ratings arbitrary and unreliable.

I think these are great and this is a good price, but I am running out of uses for them. A lot of devices have built in features that make these sort of useless and then for the items without built-in scheduling, simply turning them on does not activate them like you need. For example, we have a fan in the bedroom for white noise. This will enable power, but we still need to manually turn on the unit. Now, if you have a lamp that you can leave in the "on" position and have it come on on a schedule, then that is a great use!

I use these with Google Assistant and they work great. You can also program them to work on a schedule. Very easy to set up and configure. The app is simple as well. It's definitely worth having a few of these around and this is a good price.

A lot of devices have built in features that make these sort of useless and then for the items without built-in scheduling, simply turning them on does not activate them like you need. For example, we have a fan in the bedroom for white noise. This will enable power, but we still need to manually turn on the unit. Now, if you have a lamp that you can leave in the "on" position and have it come on on a schedule, then that is a great use!

I just bought a 2 pack on Amazon and they work wonderfully. Easy to set up and install and I can even set up a daily or weekly schedule for each device.

We use these with fans for that exact reason and it's perfect. Just leave the fan manually switched on, then let "Alexa, turn on the fan" will turn it on. For our kids room, we have it set on a timer to begin at bed time and turn off when we want them to get up and get ready for school. Fans and Christmas Lights (both exterior and on the tree) are the main use cases I've come up with.

I use all 4 of mine for lamps, fan, humidifier in the kids room for when I forget to turn it on and they are really handy! No issues.

I find these work pretty much 99% of the time with the 1% being sometimes I have to restart the app if it can't connect to one of them. Though, it is rare it happens, but way less than the RGB LED bulbs that they offer.

Yes, but if your TV doesn't have auto power on or a similar feature, you'll still have to use the remote to turn it on so you can see an image. Doesn't matter what type of TV you have if you want to turn the power off (w/o a power source, the TV will turn off).
