Are you asking if you spend double and maybe even triple the cost of these, will you get a better setup?
I am asking if these can compared to bookshelf speakers for music listening. I just mentioned couple of speaker pairs which I own. For example I have Elac UB5 with Emotiva TA-100 set up. I am looking for another pair to have them in my bed room. This looks a nice deal with out needing an amplifier. Any thoughts?

For a secondary setup, it would probably do fine. Only difference between bookshelf and towers is the tower's lower bass extension from cabinet size. If you are fine with the Klipsch brand sound signature, which will probably be closer to your KEFs than ELACs, go for it.

Adorama is having a pretty good sale on the Klipsch RP line of speakers. I would check those out.

Thanks a lot bud! I will try bookshelf speakers of klipsch first. I always hear that they sound different.

Apparently when playing through AUX the speakers shutoff after 10 min.
Bluetooth sound quality is spotty.
Also, difficult adding any other speakers such as a center speaker for a 5.1 setup etc. Volume resets each time they turn on/off

I haven't had the issue with the AUX but can confirm the volume resets. Definitely not a good set for a 5.1 system.
