Weber Q1200 $199 at HomeDepot.com via google search YMMV

Strange, if you go direct to homedepot.com, the Weber Q1200 shows up as $219. But if you search "Weber Q1200" in google, it shows up in the ads at the top of the page for $199 at HD (Black color). It's only $20, but I haven't really seen these Weber Qs discounted. Screenshots attached.
EDIT: Playing around with it, it seems to be for immediate store pickup or shipping. If you ship to store, it goes back to $219. Sorry, should have added a YMMV to the title. Also, this is using Chrome.
