If you want cheap batteries, try Harbor Freight. Their batteries are MUCH cheaper in price and comparable in quality vs. NANFU especially with a coupon (which comes around often).
I have similar experiences with batteries came with other devices like remote controls. Some were left inside for almost a decade without leaking. Duracell batteries ruined many of small devices.
