If you're starting a new line with Tracfone, you should consider joining their Rewards Program, too. I did this, and added 8GB of data (for the year) at no additional cost, and very little effort.
The phone is extremely sluggish. Not recommend.

Not bad at all considering it's basically a free phone with the bundled service. See other Tracfone threads for how to get the referral bonus (there is a section of reddit with referral codes), how to go about unlocking the phone after 1 year is over, and so on. Phone is normally $30 by itself with NO included service still locked to Tracfone in new condition.

I saw this phone at WM and for a cheapie, it's decent. I purchased the LG Premier Pro Plus for my rep (who has broken two good phones inside a year) and for a cheapie ($79.99) it's very nice with dual speakers, bright screen, 13mp camera. IMO, it's a solid basic phone and a step up from the Journey.
