If you need a very light weight Ultraportable with great battery life and superb display then this is a great option. You won't find the combination of hardware (CPU, Ram, storage) , huge 67 WHr battery for such a small Ultrabook, 2-in-1 design and OLED display at this price point from any other vendor. Just keep in mind that it doesn't have Headphone jack and you need to use Type-C to 3.5mm dongle which comes with this laptop.

ie it can do just about anything except light gaming only.

I've tended to just use Steam Remote Link on my XPS 13 if I really want to play games from the laptop. All my headphones are bluetooth at this point so that's not a big issue. My XPS 13 is just from 2016 and starting to show it's age and recently it's gone from personal project machine to something I'm doing my job on. It's also an i7 with 16gb ram but we're talking about 6th generation not 11th. Does anyone have one of these? It looks like a comparable premium type feel that I get from my XPS 13? I think I'm gonna bite thanks for the input.
Also easy to set up as a Hackintosh after replacing the intel wifi card with a MacOS supported broadcom or atheros card. It is replaceable in this model if I remember correctly. You will have to pay twice as much for a comparably equipped Mac laptop.
They should really upgrade the HDMI to 2.0 to support 4k@60hz so it can be used with dual 4k monitors at home or office. Not sure the TB4 supports dual 4k. The Iris graphics itself can handle up to 3 displays.

It definitely supports dual 4k, though not sure about at 60hz.
I personally want a new machine, but don't NEED it, so will be holding out to see if the new intel chip is going to deliver on some of its promises.
This is not a gaming laptop. If they make i5 with 12-16GB of RAM, i will keep it. Throttling all the time with the i7. This price is only $90 off. The i5 1135 is the best for thin laptop in 2021 for all day long battery.
This checks all boxes for me.
2-in-1 with good & latest cpu
Decent RAM
Thunderbolt
Costco
Decent capacity battery
So thinking to pull the trigger but what I'm not sure about is the following
1. Thermal? Any experience from the owners on this topic.
2. Would any of the recent Costco discount coupons discussed on SD can be applied to make this deal better?
THE GOOD sturdily built, lightweight and premium feeling
good quality IPS/OLED screen options
snappy with everyday use and multitasking
quiet fan, silent with daily use
67 Wh battery and good battery life
competitively priced, especially the i5 model
THE BAD squashed keyboard layout
no 3.5 mm jack or finger-sensor
limited performance, hot thermals and fairly noisy with demanding loads and games
