I just bought this a few weeks ago when it was briefly in stock. Upgraded from a spectre 13". This is nice, runs MUCH quieter and cooler than the spectre did. Has a little weight to it, but it's metal chassis so that's to be expected.

Does NOT come with a pen, but DOES work with a pen (used my spectre pen, no issues). I think they charge an extra 50-60 for a pen.

Also does NOT come with a sleeve, get the 14" sleeve from HP if you want one, the 15" is too big for it
Did you consider an m1 MacBook Air?

Almost bought it - if it only had 4k.. Otherwise it would have been a perfect contender for action 4k video editing. I'll keep looking..

Amused by how many people think a 4K screen has any value for editing 4K sources. There isn't a single editing program on the market that previews your timeline in full 4K at native resolution -- and why would you, leaving no room for actual editing tools? You OUTPUT to 4K eventually, but why is it any value to WATCH in 4K when you know your content is...drum roll...4K. Dumb.

Is there a slot to add another SSD?
Also am I reading this correctly? There are 2 slots for ram total (not 2 additional on top of the 2 already being used)?

400 nits? I've only owned 300 nit screens, curious how 400 looks compared to 300.

Is 400 nits enough? I was concerned 400 nits wouldn't be enough when I was comparing macbook air vs pro side by side.

It appears if you have an EPP account it won't work sadly. But P @ W is doing 15% back

Is it normal to have this much uneven backlight bleeding on a 15 inch monitor?? Or is that just a quality issue? Seems pretty excessive on the review, literally half the monitor perimeter is showing backlight bleeding...

Warning: I bought an Envy x360 with a Ryzen a few years ago from a slick deal. The price was right but the support from HP was terrible. The video drivers caused the laptop to crash and they never released a fix. Eventually AMD issued a generic fix after a year or so.

Don't undervalue support. HP's is terrible.

Any idea which company has the best support? Ot seems Lenovo and Dell already have a lot of complaints. No clue which brand to go for anymore.

No, it will never be a contender for 4K video editing even if it has a 4K Display. You need a decent dedicated graphics card for that.
