It's a 60Hz panel. Most TVs under about $1500 are 60Hz. The clearmotion (CMI) is software that tries to replicate the screen up to 120Hz. Most CMIs are just ok. Some people dislike it for the soap opera effect.

The TCL is good value for money. Make sure the apps you want are on the Roku platform however.

Funny thing is TV sales are up so consumers do not mind paying the higher prices. So glad I bought 4 TVs in 2018 and 2019 for about 30% less than what they would be selling for today.
