Bought this last time and promptly returned. Super tiny doughnuts and takes forever to make enough. Not to mention it's baking the doughnuts and not frying them and tasted more like a muffin in a doughnut shape. I would avoid but just my opnion

Heavily disapointed in my cake pop maker. Just doesn't turn out so great. Other than making shapes that look like a doughnut....

Low-quality, disposable crap from China destined to wind up in a landfill in less than a year.

The only way we're going to turn this country around is if we stop spending our money on this kind of impulse-buy garbage and instead spend it thoughtfully on better made products that are Made in the USA and designed to last.

it's basically a glorified waffle iron and is meant to make cake donuts, which are not/not fried.
If a donut tastes good, it's been fried. Most places toss their cake donuts in the fryer for a quick finish even if they bake them.

That the new trend nowadays.
Companies make money by mass producing disposable item.

Last year, I found in my attic a 13" CRT JVC TV with a manufactured date of 1992 and even though it was analog plus nearly 30 years old. It had a better picture quality and was brighter than my 32" LCD TV.

Yeast donuts pretty much have to be fried I believe. Cake donuts can be either baked or fried.

There are good baked donuts - they don't have to be fried so not sure where you are getting that a baked donut is thrown in a fryer to finish it off. That like saying a baked cake needs to be thrown in the fryer at the end. gah. There are plenty of good just baked donuts. Just because you prefer fried type doesn't mean others do.
