I haven't seen any coupons 12% or 15% working for desktops. Only on Alienware laptops. And it seems only the 15% mailer coupon is working on laptops. 12% May not be working as per the latest posts.

I spoke with the customer rep and it seems that this specific configuration was not covered by that MPP discount. Other more expensive R4 config worked and the CS rep said R3 models were covered, but the rep said "unfortunately it is not getting applied to M15 R4 model for that configuration as it is already listed on discounted price"

It still works. Use this link and upgrade the GPU to 3070. Specs are a little different (32gb instead of 16gb, 256 ssd instead of 512) but you can config to what you want.
