"Is this any good?"
" .. want a a good PoE system."
Best to start with what your requirements are.
Example
watch and ID porch pirates in day light.
watch parked car at night.
watch mailbox on street for thieves
Significantly different operations, and .. :
In general Reolink makes very affordable cameras, using affordable components, and thus they do not perform well in low light conditions compared to pricier cameras.
imho if you need good low light performance you should look for better cameras.
see the following for low light issues:

Hi mat2000
Thank you for your response. Which 4K cameras would you recommend? I am new to this and would appreciate if you could help me out.

Take time first to decide what is critical for you in a security camera setup.
Expect to need more cameras than you imaged if you are new to this.

2) the cliffnotes at ipcamtalk and look for the welcome note that SouthernYankee posts there - it is a good executive summary.
There's more to this than just buying a random kit mentioned at a deal website.
I feel no kit is perfect, and with the global supply chain fubar still not as many good deals on decent systems right now. ( it may take 1 year for the global supply chain to be decent again )
A lot of people like using a PC with Blue Iris and a PoE switch along with a mix of cameras to get the best setup as you can buy cameras as you want or need to the setup ( just needs to be decent cameras that meet specs, like rtsp, ONVIF )
