Only 90 days warranty. Which means no one year stuck/dead pixel policy they offer for new ones plus returns from customers after who knows what type of handling.

Not sure it is worth the risk.

I have the Zero-G 35", love it, awesome for gaming, great for something where you need a lot of screen real estate. Love the curve. I do kind of miss my dual monitors, as related to my work I need multiple Word/PDFs/websites open and having 2 smaller monitors was more seamless in this regard.

Just get it. Initially, I saw it on sale, after I did my research, the sale was done and I had to wait for 2 months for the next sale. I got a second one for another computer, a MP monitor via target where they have the same prices as MP, got the redcard 5% and some amount of rebate. Doubt they have open box though.

GLTA!

If you're not a gamer, those specs shouldn't make any difference to you. Outside of gaming at 144hz and some better color due to quantum dot tech, I would say it's not worth the upgrade.

Anyone have any experience with the open-box products? I just saw an older post for the 34" new for $331.49... wondering if the ~$30 savings is worth the open box vs new

Anyone have experience with or know how to mount (or get the right mount) to put a 27" *above* the 49" monitor?

I really want the 43 or 49(1st choice) but I'm intimidated by the size coming from a 32 in 1440p. I think I would enjoy the extra real estate because I code and game (mostly single player FPS and the occasional Counterstrike). Also worried about going to a less taller screen. Anyone have experience with super wide monitors in use cases like this?

In theory, they should all work with a USB-C port however there are some known compatibility issues between the Mac Mini and Dell monitors for example but not LG monitors. With Dell's implementation of USB-C, it can start waking up the Mac when the Mac goes to sleep so you land up with a continuous loop of wake up and sleep. So, it depends on the electronics.

No idea if MP monitors may have similar issues. I believe the MP panels are from Samsung and the electronics for many if not all are from Acer so you may want to google for specific issues with MP or Acer monitors with the Mac Mini. LG monitors would be a safer bet with no specific information for compatibility reasons.
I have opposite experience. Had the LG 27UN850, most of the time couldn't wake up from sleep, had to turn monitor off and back on the wake up. Sometimes it went dark for a few seconds. Returned it and got the Dell P2715Q, works great since day one and no issue at all.
