Too bad I bought it last month at higher price and lower Amex off. If you need the best gaming/great general use monitor at a huge discount then here it is.

Honestly, after the short-term burn-in issues I've had with my old Predator monitor in years 4-5 of ownership, I decided to spend the extra 89 for the 5-year warranty. Dell's warranty covers dead pixels and any panel issues, so it will be worth it to me since this will be my primary monitor for quite a while.

Thanks OP!

I'm debating on getting this or the Samsung G7. I'm honestly not that big of a high fps gamer and would prefer better picture quality. Anyone have any suggestions?

Age old question by now... this IPS 240hz or keep my current TN 155hz. I'm on the fence if I should take the plunge. I play shooters and my PC can easily exceed 240fps in those games. Plus I have the $120 Amex offer.. gahh
