Could someone give opinions between the one listed here as a deal and the one here at Costco https://www.costco.com/msi-optix-...88976.html

I know the one listed here is 2K but is it worth the extra $80?

It's worth it. Once you use 1440p+ you can never go back to 1080p.

I am using two of these. Make sure you inspect then thoroughly out of the box. My first one had like 10 dead pixels. Got it replaced, but was a pain in the ass.

My experience with this company was not good. Please verify with them this is next gen gaming compatible if you plan on using a PS5 or XBSX. Thier older models are not. They ship from SoCal and I had to return it because they shipped a stand that wasn't filled down right and wouldn't fit the monitor. Also sent two left legs.

Good site for testing. Helped me to return a monitor with ghosting and dead pixels.

The HDMI ports on this monitor are 2.0, so the PS5 won't be able to do 120Hz at 1440p. Need to find a monitor with HDMI 2.1 to get the full output of the the PS5.
