Battery lasts 8-12 hours.... that's less time than my PC is in use. It would be permanently charging for my use.

I have their 71 key wireless keyboard. [imgur.com] Those are 3rd party caps. I am very very satisfied with it.

The keyboard isn't on at all times. So it would be 8-12 hours of typing time. For me, that's about every week and a half maybe.

Now regarding my thoughts on this board/brand, and keyboards in general....

Mechanical keyboards have a large enthusiast following. So the prices will always seem high compared to the keyboard you picked up at best buy. $100 would be considered a good price point for a starter board. To add some additional context, this same seller is organizing a group buy for a $380 keyboard.

It's sturdy and durable. It doesn't flex when I try to bend it. You will not find a comparably priced 60%, fully hot swappable, wireless, USB C, and fully customizable RGB backlit board for anywhere near this price. Frankly, I don't think I've seen ANY hot swappable switch board for under $100 and that's not including all of the other features I just listed.

It's Chinese built, but I wouldn't call it cheap. You might find the same exact board rebranded on that Chinese retailer, but I would recommend this over any other brand at this price point because no other mechanical keyboard at this price point has all of those features.

This was $48 over a week ago with no coupon and they also had a 10% coupon on their website you could generate for amazon to stack with it. It's not really a deal but it has a lot of features for the pricepoint unless you get a lemon.

I don't shop at best buy.
And my current wired full size mech board is fully swappable with custom LED lighting and cost me less than $50.
I use it from 8am til midnight every day.
So ya, I'll pass on charging my keyboard daily or more.

Cool. That sounds like a nice deal. This item that's listed in the post has MORE features than yours for the same price. My reply is to point out to others reading the comments that this item is well worth it's value and then some.

I'm also replying because your post is incorrect. You're not understating the battery life either. Do you keep your finger on one key uninterrupted for 16 hours per day nonstop? Then yes, it's gonna die after 10 hours. But a keyboard's battery barely is barely in use when you're not typing. It has it's own auto-shut off and power up because it's a mechanical keyboard and that's just how they work. Hence the term "mechanical." I use my keyboard from 9am until past midnight every day and need to charge my board maybe every week and a half. Plus, if someone prefers their board to be wired one can simply just plug it in like any other keyboard.

EDIT: Also, I'd love to see your keyboard. I haven't seen any board with hot swappable switches for under $50. I'm interested in messing with different switches.

Ya, what it has more is wireless, and with that a battery that wouldn't last a day for me, as I've said now 3 times.

I'm sorry dude, but that's just not how a keyboard works. Like I've said multiple times, you are wrong. The battery will last over a week with your usage.
