I have one of these. For the price it's decent but don't expect to fix anything in it aside from some shakes. The motor is not very powerful so frozen stuff (like frozen fruit straight from the freezer) or ice will not work. Make sure anything you put in it is soft and cut up. Also, this thing is LOUD, like wear some ear plugs loud.

I can't speak for this product, but I purchased the Bella full sized blender a few years ago, and it has been great. I had a Ninja before that but the motor died. My roommates have a Vitamix, and like to make fun of my loud, $20 Bella, but it makes smoothies fine. Most credit cards have additional year warranties, so I'm not against cheap kitchen appliances.

It's cheap because it stops working after few uses. No to minimal customer support. But then again you get what you pay for.

It is a great deal.

I bought one of these a year or two ago and it didn't last quite a year with light use. Still, it does come in handy and you certainly can't beat the price!!! Great starter smoothy blender to see if you would get good use out of one and possibly buy a higher price one later...

I purchased this same blender from Best Buy at the same price about a year ago. I make a certain blended drink twice a day and didn't want to have to clean the much-bigger Vitamix that I own.

Want to say, I've been very pleased with this purchase. It's no Vitamix, but for everyday blends, it's great. Quiet enough (but not *quiet*) and small.

I would buy again for triple the sale price.
