I've got to wait till this thing hits 20 I think I got all the DLC I got the Rambo pack but I think there's some skins that I'm missing I really want to wait till it's 15 somewhere do you guys know if all the DLC is built in or are there codes

You get both versions. You just need to download the version for the system you have PS4 or PS5. Both versions are in the same download. You just select PS5 and download that version. From the PSN page:

"If you already own the PS4™ version of this game, you can get the PS5™ digital version at no extra cost and you do not need to purchase this product. Owners of a PS4™ disc copy must insert it into the PS5™ every time they want to download or play the PS5™ digital version. PS4™ game disc owners who buy the PS5™ Digital Edition disc-free console will not be able to get the PS5™ version at no extra cost"

Physical copy for ps5 is ps5 only. Digital & Ps4 physical copies include ps5 upgrade at no cost.
