How is this? I tried oat milk and it was terrible and didn't froth at all.
This doesn't froth at all, I actually had an oat milk that frothed better

Tastes bad. Not nearly as good as almond milk. More fat and less flavor. Terrible in coffee. HARD PASS.

Nut juice is a more accurate term for this liquid.

Just an FYI, you can get the 96 ounce fresh almond milk for under $4 at Walmart.
It works out to be cheaper. Only makes sense to buy tetra packs if you don't have regular consumption.

This works out to $5.70/gallon. The refrigerated version of unsweetened silk sold at Sam's works out to $4.65/gallon. But this is shelf-stable, which might be useful under certain circumstances.

As to the product itself, it's fine with cereal but terrible with coffee. I like my coffee hot but high heat causes it to coagulate. I tried it because I went keto, but I need milk in my coffee and this did not work for that. So I switched back to regular milk and just reduced the quantity.

Only issue is having to finish a ton of milk within 7 days. Good option if you have a big family and everyone drinks almond milk

I have to suggest vanilla soy milk or oat milk for coffee and vanilla almond milk for cereals. And regular milk for cooking. There is one brand of oat milk that comes in extra creamy and it's so much better for coffee especially blended with coffee bean and tea leaf flavored powders

found it: it's Silk oat yeah oatmilk extra creamy. it comes in a white box/container with purple writing

on a side note if you don't like plain soy, almond, or other milks give vanilla flavored a try. only vanilla flavored works for us.

Never tried oat milk for frothing but silk makes an extra creamy oatmilk that might work for you, it's great in coffee. It's in a white package with purple writing.

Is this for coffee or can I use it for like cereal or somethin…honest question.. 😅
I would recommend almond milks for cereals and overnight oats. Use soy milk or oat milk for coffee. If you don't like plain almond or soy milk try vanilla flavored. It still works well in cereals and such

For the Great Value Wally World brand, half gallon of almond milk is like $1.9x so a gallon at 128 oz is under $4 as well.

Both are 1g of protein per serving vs regular / soy milk @ 8g per serving.
But soy is processed garbage, do your research on fermented and unfermented soy. Some soy is good but most of it is not good

Does anyone know how long these are shelf stable for? Want to buy for coffee but I don't want to end up with expired product
